Which college conference produces the best players?
I'm going to go ahead and give the WCHA the nod but I was wondering if someone with more knowledge would like to show me up. All 12 former WCHA players in the olympics came back with a medal. How did other conferences fare? I wish I could watch more college hockey but there simply isnt any sort of market. When's the ball gonna get rolling on college hocke? Stay Classy San Diego!

CCHA because I'm a biased bastard
Realistically, it’s probably Hockey East.
But when did realism get anyone anywhere?
I went with WCHA
as much as I am biased to ECAC. Harvard and Yale produce some great players (I know there’s a Sabres prospect at Harvard in one of the three Biega brothers). I also like to follow players from Cornell, since I grew up watching them…Ryan Vesce (9 GP this year for SJS), Ryan O’Byrne (Habs), Byron Bitz (Just traded BOS>FLA) and the best Cornellian currently in the NHL has to be Matt Moulson.
Another one to watch coming out of the ECAC (not sure when he’ll come out, he is a Freshman) is Jerry D’Amigo. Anyone who watched this year’s WJC will know the name, as he shined for the USA in their Championship campaign. I got to see him play live with RPI last weekend and could not believe the speed and the hands this guy has.
Moulson went to Cornell?
Never knew that… you know what years, about, that he was playing there? Not too far down the road from Ithaca and I like the way he plays. Plus he has a cool last name haha
"Its always Miller Time
Whens it gonna be Sabres-Offense Time?"

He graduated in 2006
after playing there 4 years. Around his sophomore year, I was dating a girl whose mom worked in the athletics dept, so I got a lot of free tickets (This year I finally sprung for season tix). Moulson was one of my favorites to watch play.
His younger brother (Chris) is currently a freshman there, but I think he’s only dressed for 3 or 4 games this year (should be a regular next year).
they just retired his number
and Joe Nieuwedyk’s just a couple weeks ago. Not much of a ceremony, but when they walked out onto the ice it was the loudest I’ve ever heard Lynah Rink
that should have been a reply. oopssssss
Hi! I'm hungry! How are you?
