So I haven't posted/commented in a while, but it is not for lack of reading. I am using a new web browser and it seems to go wacky when I try to log into SBnation (google chrome) so I have to load up Internet explorer to post something and well I am just lazy, so I read more than comment now
However, I am curious as to the depth of our goalies down the stretch...namely Lalime, I know his play has increasingly gotten better over the last couple months but his sustainability is the question in my mind...he is 3-8 as a starter and the team usually seems flat when they play with him in net (though they have been flat for the first couple periods of the last few games) regardless...I think we need a spark at back up to make this team complete and give us some depth in the playoffs (I for one think that if Miller gets injured we are done) esp since Miller is the starting goalie for the olympic team...So where does this leave us...
Well now that the Islanders have Dipietro back and seem to be keeping Roloson...what about aquiring Biron...he is still a fan favorite in Buffalo and a great back up...getting him back with Miller could be the tandum we need
Just a thought...feel free to discuss...and what would we have to give up to get him
