The big news of the day was the signing of Mike Grier.  It shows the Sabres commitment to becoming a bigger and tougher team.  It's a curious signing because Grier didn't leave Buffalo on the best of terms.  He criticized the organization and questioned the teams commitment to winning.  I have to think that Grier felt he was out of options or he wouldn't have come to Buffalo.

This is another one of those weird stories that are indescribable. It seems lik ethe Canes and the rapper both used each other for awhile and now they both have gone too far.
