TSN - Judge Rejects Balsille Bid
The Phoenix Coyotes will not be headed to Hamilton as many expected they would. The judge didn't rule it out but said there wasn't enough time to decide. Balsille had set a June 29 deadline to buy the team so he had time to move the operation to Southern Ontario.

Good news IMO. I still don’t know if I should be scared of a Hamilton team or not. I probably should be so that’s why I’m happy to hear this.

I don’t think your out of the woods yet but at least its another season in Phoenix.
