TSN is reporting that the Tampa Bay Lightning have traded Mark Recchi to the Boston Bruins. The ultimate deal is Recchi and a 2010 2nd Round Pick for Matt Lashoff and Martins Karsuma.
This is another weapon for the Bruins to make them that much more dangerous. Recchi is heading to a contender to win another Cup. What comes back for Recchi will be interesting to see exactly what he's worth. Recchi has some good stats for playing on a terrible team.
