This is definitely a good start for the Sabres. It proves that they are going to aggressively pursue their restricted guys and it also proves that Bucky Gleason has no idea what the Sabres players are valued at.

Sitting here at work…..I have TSN loaded…..the refresh button is going to be worn out today, not going to get much done this afternoon..And I do not think the Sabres are going to make headlines… I would like for them to. I am sure everyone whould. But I was and still am hoping there is a glimmer of hope we can land a vetern leader.
