Missed call
How do they miss the call on Lapointe. He stuck his leg out and tripped Roy.
SCORE!!!!
What a play by Max. He has been criticized harshly, mostly warranted but comes through in the clutch.
That Pansy Neil
should be thrown out for that cheap hit to the back of the head. What a ridiculous thing to do. I literally wish someone would take him out for good.
Neil
Chris Neil deserves a game misconduct for that, that is ridiculous that he gets away with that kinda stuff game in and game out against Buffalo. I dont know if he's the same way against the other teams in the league or not. Punching someone from behind when he wasnt even involved. So ridiculous.
He does Fuc...
he is always a dirty player. I watch hockey every night and he is one player I can't stand.

I like the pace
of this game. It is definitely entertaining if nothing else.
Shots on Goal
17-9 in favor of Buffalo. I think Buffalo played pretty well for most of Tuesday night but tonight seems different. It seems like they are really getting to Ottawa mentally. That being said they need to get more good scoring chances and put them away.
Sorry
18-9. 18 shots in the first period is pretty good but they need to keep pouring it on.

Agree
I agree, I think they've had some really good chances though again tonight. They had really good chances tuesday night too, yet they would hit the side of the net, or the post, or hit Gerber when he wasn't in good position, it just wasn't working you know. They have so much urgency, they have to play like this, which is unfortunate that you cant see that level every night.
Unacceptable
It's unacceptable to take a too many men penalty at this point of the game and season. They need to kill this!
Goal Post
I guess we are even on the posts now. We could have really used that one.
How in the hell
Do you call a dive on a guy who is trying to keep the puck in the zone. That is absolutely ridiculous. That referee should be completely ashamed of himself for having a determining factor in this game.
Officiating
You dont have to tell me about the officials...I am definitely biased, but I think Buffalo has been destroyed by officiating all season...destroyed.
What the hell
How do you do that twice in one game. A game of this magnitude nonetheless.
Second Period
It wasn't as good as the first period that's for sure. They need to really step up now. Boston is in the lead they need to keep pace. The schedule is not favorable for Boston and Philly.
Well
We have the 3rd period for the season...if that cant pull this off, its pretty much officially over right? Good thing baseball is starting, however, April wont be as fun as it has the past two years.
That's for sure
It definitely won't be as fun. It's not impossible but extremely unlikely they make the playoffs without two points tonight.

Sorry scratch that
They didn't call the obvious penalty. I would I expect any different.
